Dr. Sally M. Knox, M.D., P.A., is a breast cancer surgeon at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and has been in private practice since 1986, consulting and treating over 17,000 women.
